I enjoy playing drums in any live or recording environment that asks for feeling and subtlety.
I like bringing electronics into situations that may not expect them and keeping them expressive. Sometimes I make the tools I use if I can't find something that feels right. This includes my audio plugins, MIDI S&H for M4L, and more recently contributing to Sensory Percussion at sunhouse.

TBH I savor the misnomer of "silence" which is more accurately a present soundscape. A practice of conscious listening to whatever is takes priority over keeping up with music consumption.
